How the First Conversation Works

We keep the initial meeting focused and respectful of your time.

The first engagement with Astronomynoteq is a 45-minute structured consultation — conducted in person at our Uganda Road office or by video call for clients outside Eldoret. We ask you to share a brief overview of your asset categories, your primary concerns, and your planning horizon in advance, so that the meeting is substantive from the first minute. There is no cost for the initial consultation and no commitment required. If, after the conversation, you decide to proceed with a mandate, we prepare a written scope-of-engagement document within five business days. If you decide not to proceed, we part ways with no pressure and no follow-up solicitation. We find that clients who come to us having done some prior reading — including reviewing our service pages — tend to get more from the first conversation, so we encourage you to explore the site before reaching out.
